Yes and No, prices are set, but if you are looking to purchase multiple items, we can work with you on pricing. Sales occur often, so check back often

Yes, as a member you are entitled to the "Member's Only" section. There are frequent email specials that are sent out.
Will you trade for other parts?
No, we pride ourselves in only selling OEM "like new" parts....unless it has less than 50 miles and you can prove it on paper, we are not interested.
Do you offer pick ups?
Yes we do, all pick ups are subject to $25.00 handling fee. All pick ups must be prepaid or paid in cash at the time of pick up. California transactions are subject to tax, unless you have a copy of your resale license.9.75%. Pick ups are done locally, but due to security reasons we do not disclose the location of our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Since our items are near new, but are still considered used items, all sales are final.We will exchange items, on a case by case basis. For any errors in shipments received you must contact us within 24 hours of the time that fedex tracking states the package was delivered.

What shipping methods do you use?
FEDEX or USPS. All items will include tracking, insurance is covered up to $100.00.Any more will be additional. You will receive a automated tracking number email to the email address that you provided at the time of your order, please check your email before asking for a tracking number.
If you find damage on your package, DO NOT OPEN IT. Call 1-800 GOFEDEX. They will assist you in making a claim. ALL packages are insured at a $100 default, if you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance please contact us before making your payment.
How do I know if the parts will fit my car?
Please email us, we can answer most questions. Forums and Dealers are also good points of reference.
Anyone may be eligible for dealer pricing. Initial purchase must be over $3500, discounts begin a 7% and go up to 25% depending on actual quantity purchased and frequency of purchases. Individuals with a resale license will be tax exempt all others will be subject to CA tax. Please email or call for further details.
